A south Tulsa community in the Jenks Public School district. Walnut Creeek III is located south of 81st street and west of Harvard. There are 112 homes in this community. This neighborhood's median price is (((((((. The neighborhood's real estate is primarily made up of medium sized (three or four bedroom) single family homes that are one level. There are a few exceptions for 1.5-2 story homes but there are only a few. Ground was broken on this neighborhood in 1971 with two homes being built, then in 1972 six homes were constructed. By 1973 the most amount of homes were constructed, coming in at fifty-five home. In 1974 the second highest construction year for Walnut Creek III, 36 homes were built. In 1975 10 homes were constructed, in 1976 only two homes were constructed and somehow in 2007 the last home was constructed. I do think that was an anomaly, makes me wonder if a previous home was scraped and re-built. The tax records show 114 records however two of the homes were removed and are owned by the City of Tulsa.
